Zero Being Practice

Practicing the state of Zero in daily life is essential. It’s not just about intellectually understanding the wisdom of Zero but experiencing the evolution of your consciousness as it reflects in your life. Write down the Zero Laws where you can easily see them, meditate on their meaning daily, and remind yourself of them often.

Ask yourself in each moment, ‘Am I at my Zero Point?’ or ‘Am I following the Zero Laws?’ At times, our ego will try to steer us toward biased decisions and experiences, away from the point of Zero. However, you must separate yourself from the control of the ego and build a new consciousness rooted in Zero.

This practice must be applied and maintained in your everyday life. Stay present and aware, continuously training yourself to exist in the state of Zero. Over time, your perception of reality will sharpen, allowing you to read and understand your surroundings more deeply and from a multidimensional perspective.”

Daily Practice Guidelines for Living in Zero Consciousness:

  1. Be aware in each moment of whether you are remaining in the Zero state by applying the Zero Laws.
  2. Recall the Zero Laws whenever you forget or drift away from them.
  3. Take a moment to close your eyes and enter Zero meditation.
  4. Reflect on the Zero Laws again, view the world through this consciousness, and make your choices accordingly.
  5. Each night before bed, review your day, noting moments where you may have strayed from Zero. Reaffirm the Zero Laws and choose to “become a Zero-conscious being” as you fall asleep.
